How HR Nova collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, including cookies, analytics and the demo and quote request form.
About this notice
HR Nova is an HR management product from Sunbonn. In this notice, “HR Nova”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs this website. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the website or send us a demo or quote request.
It does not cover data that customers store in the HR Nova application, such as employee or candidate records. That information is handled under each customer’s agreement with us and the customer’s own privacy notices.
Information we collect
When you submit the demo or quote request form, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, work email and company.
- Optional details: your role, company size, the workflow you want to discuss and any message you write.
- Request details: whether you asked for a demo or a quote, when you sent it and your confirmation that you have read this notice.
Please do not include employee records, salary details, passwords or other credentials in your message.
To limit repeated submissions, our server uses your IP address when you send the form. It stores only a one-way hash of that address with a request count, which expires after 15 minutes. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We also collect information about how you use the website through cookies and Google Analytics, as described below.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- reply to your request and arrange a demo or prepare a quote;
- understand your team and the workflows you want to see, so the conversation is relevant to you;
- follow up with you about that request;
- understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and performance;
- protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information or use analytics data for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond, arrange a demo or quote, and follow up with you. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
The form sends your request over an encrypted connection straight to our inbox; it is not saved on the website server. Hashed IP addresses used to limit repeated submissions expire after 15 minutes.
Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for no more than 14 months. After that, only aggregated reports remain.
Your choices and rights
Sending a request is optional, and you decide which optional fields to fill in. You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold from your website request;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your request and contact details;
- stop contacting you about your request.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics at any time, as described in Cookies and analytics.
Email info@hrnova.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the website or the way we handle requests changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
